Curriculum Policies
All curriculum in PNG is developed within the framework of the National Curriculum Statement and in line with the Department of Education Curriculum Management Plan 2001-2003. These are the key PNG curriculum policy statements. The PNG Department of Education has developed and published a Curriculum Management Plan 2001-2005 which sets out the timeframe and framework for the development of reform curriculum in PNG.
Another critical policy is the National Assessment and Reporting Policy statement which guides assessment practices throughout PNG.
